At PLT Construction Company, safety is paramount and is a part of the everyday work habit of each employee. The safety program is led by a full-time safety officer whose responsibility is to ensure that all projects are constructed in accordance with industry regulations at minimum. PLT’s program consists of mandatory random drug screenings, weekly safety meetings, continuing education and safety training, as well as daily Job Hazard Analysis. These are all geared towards providing a safe and accident free site for the duration of our clients’ project as well as, and most importantly, protecting our people and others on the job.
